From 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, immerse yourself in a curated experience designed to celebrate and support the pinnacle of New Zealand’s culinary excellence. Here’s What to Expect: Culinary Stations: Masterfully run by top NZ guest chefs, each a leader in their specialty, offering dishes that will delight your palate. This includes renowned names like William Mordido, Brett Mcgregor, Sam Linstrom, Ken O Connell, Greg Piner, Glen File, Zennon Wijlens, Bryan Bae and more. Curated Cocktails & Champagne Bars: Sip expertly crafted cocktails and enjoy premium selections from Highland Park, Piper-Heidsieck Champagne, and elite brands like James Heidsieck and Remy Martin. Wines and Beer Stations: Courtesy of Steinlager, ensuring no glass is left unfilled. Visual Arts Display: Marvel at a curated selection of artwork by talented guest artists.
